This is a new world-class home for the university's College of Business and Economics.

The curved facade creates a strong identity for the business school at the front of the campus. The building is arranged around a loop corridor system, making circulation efficient and creating a landscaped courtyard in the middle and front entry. The lobby is accessed from the courtyard, giving it a "great room" effect and enlivening it as a hub of activity.

The team integrated sustainability into the design of the energy-efficient building, which provides maximum exposure to natural light.
